JANGARA

KYUSHU JANGARA

The noodles are thin and straight, as is typical of Kyushu's tonkotsu (pork bone broth). The pork bone broth has a soft taste, and the chashu pork is tender, making it an easy ramen to eat. The pork bone broth is soft, the pork chashu is tender, and the ramen is easy to eat, yet still has a deep, rich flavor. This order is the most basic configuration, but it is a good place to start and gradually add toppings as you enjoy it. Kyushu Jangara was the first of the "tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen" boom in the 1980s, along with Nanden Kanden. In the ever-changing city of Akihabara, the first store continues to serve the same excellent tonkotsu ramen today.

Vegan Ramen

Tot only the soup but also the noodles are egg-free and made of only vegetables without any animal ingredients such as meat or fish. Moreover, the soup is made of dark soy sauce. While most vegetarian ramen is light, the soup has a strong, strong flavor with a punch.
