MIYABI
Inari Sushi Miyabi Monzen Branch" is located under the Otokozaka slope of Kanda Myojin, the main Shinto shrine of Edo. This area of Sotokanda 2-chome was known as "Kanda Odaisho-machi" (Kanda kitchen town) because of the samurai residence of the "Odaisho Gozaikata," who was in charge of cooking in the Edo Castle. Because of this history of the birthplace, our company has been manufacturing and selling high-class boxed lunches under the slogan of "Edo's taste, chic bento.
Inarizushi is made with sweet fried bean curd and moist sweet vinegar-flavored vinegared rice, and is the size that can be eaten in two or three bites.
It is made with fried bean curd from "Sagamiya," a fried bean curd wholesaler for more than 150 years since its establishment in 1869.
You can eat as many servings as you like.
The restaurant also offers inari mochi (rice cake), which is made of rice cake instead of rice.
The accompanying gari (pickled ginger) with kombu (kelp) is also delicious.
